Small Form-Factor Pluggable (SFP) Gigabit Interface Converter is a
hot-swappable input/output device that plugs into a Gigabit
Ethernet port or slot, linking the port with the network. SFPs can
be used and interchanged on a wide variety of switches and routers,
can be intermixed in combinations of 1000BASE-T, 1000BASE-SX,
1000BASE-LX/LH, 1000BASE-EX, 1000BASE-ZX, or 1000BASE-BX10-D/U on a
port-by-port basis.

Description
LINKOPTO LS-T2-RJ45 Copper Small Form Pluggable (SFP)transceivers
is high performance, cost effective module compliant with the
Gigabit Ethernet and 10/100/1000BASE-T standards as specified in
IEEE 802. 3-2002 and IEEE 802.3ab, which supp- orting 1000Mbps
data- rate up to 100 meters reach over unshielded twisted-pair
category 5 cable.
LINKOPTO module supports1000 Mbps full duplex data-links with
5-level Pulse Amplitude Modulation (PAM) signals. All four pairs in
the cable are used with symbol rate at 250Mbps on each pair.
